Can I collect my print?

Unfortunately, no. All my pieces are printed and framed on the Gold Coast. Pieces are packaged and shipped from my framing factory. Shipping is free for all my pieces Australia-wide so you don’t need to collect - your piece will arrive at your door.

Do you ship worldwide?

All my pieces can be shipped worldwide. Framed pieces are very expensive to ship so where possible we try and ship print-only orders. These pieces are rolled and delivered in a tube. We can provide you with framing instructions to pass along to a local framer of your choice to get the professionally framed look.

How long will it take to receive my print?

Lead times can vary and are listed on each product page. These are sometimes subject to change during especially busy periods like Christmas. In most cases, your piece will be despatched within 3-4 weeks.

What is the difference between limited edition and canvas prints?

Limited edition pieces are printed on museum-grade rag paper, whereas canvas prints are printed on canvas. All canvas prints are open editions whereas limited editions are limited to only 50 units in each size.

What is the difference between float mount and shadow box framing?

Shadow Box Frame: Our contemporary Tasmanian Oak framing option includes a spacer, which pushes the artwork to the back of the frame and keeps the glazing at the front of the frame, for a bespoke, modern look.

Float Mount Frame: This framing option still includes a spacer which puts the backing board at the back of the frame. The print is then floated off the backing and the print edges have a hand-deckled edge.

Do you do custom-sized prints?

All canvas prints can be printed to precise measurements, simply contact us for a quote. As limited editions are numbered they cannot be printed in a custom size, however we can print onto paper in a custom size if you require it, however these pieces will not be numbered.

Can you do custom framing?

Custom framing is available on all orders. Simply contact us to discuss your framing request.

Can I return or exchange my print?

As all pieces are made to order we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please get in touch with us prior to purchasing if you have any questions, we are happy to help you make the perfect print and framing choice for your home.
